CCQS provides professional and impartial product testing and technical evaluation services to support CE and UKCA certification.
We coordinate and conduct testing through a combination of in-house technical assessments and collaboration with ISO/IEC 17025–accredited laboratories in Europe and Asia, depending on the product category.

CCQS works closely with accredited laboratories equipped with advanced testing facilities to perform product testing in accordance with relevant EU harmonised standards and UK designated standards.
Typical tests include:
Respiratory protection: filtration efficiency, breathing resistance, total inward leakage
Head protection: impact resistance, penetration resistance, electrical insulation, drop tests
Protective clothing: material performance, ageing resistance, flame spread, and heat protection levels
Hearing, eye, and hand protection: acoustic attenuation, optical clarity, mechanical and chemical resistance tests
Through these partnerships, CCQS ensures efficient coordination and timely delivery of testing results to support certification projects.

For industrial machinery, CCQS’ qualified engineers perform on-site Type-Examinations and technical evaluations directly under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, as well as the UK Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Typical assessments include:
Structural and electrical safety inspections
Verification of protective and control functions
Mechanical performance and endurance evaluations

CCQS coordinates testing activities with ISO/IEC 17025–accredited laboratories to evaluate compliance with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (and the corresponding UK regulations).
Typical tests include:
Radiated and conducted emissions
Radiated and conducted immunity
Electrostatic discharge (ESD), surge, and transient immunity
Electrical safety inspection and performance testing
This collaboration ensures that products meet essential performance and safety requirements for reliable operation in electromagnetic environments.

For construction cables within the scope of EN 50575:2014 +A1:2016, CCQS works with accredited testing facilities to determine reaction-to-fire performance for power, control, and communication cables under AVCP System 1+.
