Started from April 21, 2018, PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 came into force. All PPE products placed on the market in EU member states must comply with the requirements of it and carry CE Marking. Since January 1, 2021, PPE Regulation under the British legal framework came into force at the same time due to Brexit, all PPE can placed on the UK market only after obtaining UKCA certification.
