Through its UK entity, CCQS is also designated by the UK Government as an Approved Body (No. 1105) for the UKCA marking under the corresponding UK regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment Regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/425 as brought into UK law and amended, Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016, and the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (CPR).
